Shipping Policy
We process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Standard delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination. For express shipping, delivery may take 1–3 days.
All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or in your dashboard. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or incorrect addresses
Refund Policy
We offer refunds only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. To be eligible, you must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the item.
To initiate a refund, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the product’s issue. Once verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders may already be processed and shipped.
Return: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for damaged, defective, or wrong items. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
Exchange: We offer exchanges for the same product if it arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us with proof and order details.
